De Ketenbrief
De Ketenbrief, a newsletter in Dutch, is published about once a month. If you subscribe, Supply Chain Meneer records your name, your email address, the moment you gave your consent and through which form on the site you subscribed. This data is used only to send you De Ketenbrief. Supply Chain Meneer does not share it with others and does not use it for anything else.
You can unsubscribe at any time, via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every issue of De Ketenbrief or by emailing info@supplychainmeneer.nl.
How long data is kept
A subscription is first placed in a secure queue at Google Firestore, on servers within the European Union. As soon as the data has been transferred to the customer relationship management system of Supply Chain Meneer, that temporary copy is deleted.
In the customer relationship management system, Supply Chain Meneer keeps your name, your email address and the date on which you gave your consent for as long as you are subscribed. That date is kept in order to be able to demonstrate that you subscribed yourself.
If you unsubscribe, your name is deleted. Only your email address and the date you unsubscribed are kept, so that you do not accidentally receive De Ketenbrief again. If you would like that deleted as well, please email info@supplychainmeneer.nl.
The website
This website does not place any cookies for tracking or analytics. The site is hosted by Google (Firebase Hosting) and uses fonts from Google Fonts; when a page loads, your IP address is processed for this, as with any website.
If you email, call or message Supply Chain Meneer, your details are used to answer your question and are not kept longer than necessary for that purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to see what data Supply Chain Meneer holds about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. To do so, email info@supplychainmeneer.nl. If you disagree with how Supply Chain Meneer handles your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
